One of the most well-known homes in the Bravo universe is up for sale. Sutton Stracke is the owner of the property located in Bel Air. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is putting her luxurious home on the market months after a disturbing incident took place.
Back in November her home was the subject of a burglary. Sutton wasn’t around when this happened, as she was attending BravoCon in Las Vegas. She had purchased the place back in 2020.
A closer look at Sutton Stracke’s real estate listing

For just under $9 million, you can own this luxury home. It went on the market Thursday for $8,995,000, according to TMZ, and it has tons of great features. The property has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, spanning over an acre, in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Behind the hedges and gates of the place, the estate has plenty of eye-catching amenities. Among them are a tennis court, a chef’s kitchen, and a resort-style pool.
Despite all that and its exclusivity, intruders still managed to gain access to her property. After the burglary incident in November, Sutton claimed that the perpetrators left with some luxury handbags and fine jewelry.
The listing itself is being handled by a powerhouse in the real estate industry, Josh Flagg. He told TMZ that the place “embodies the very best qualities of Southern hospitality.” Although the price might not be enticing to many, Josh adds that the place has “a remarkable ability to make everyone feel welcome.” According to him, the property became an extension of Sutton as it was “elegant, warm, inviting, and designed to bring people together.”
Sutton first joined the RHOBH in Season 10 in a recurring capacity before coming on board full-time. The show completed its 15th season in May. Late last month, many fans believed the show needed a reset. Sutton’s Georgian-style home is often seen on the show.
