Tom Sandoval has reportedly accused his girlfriend, Victoria Robinson, and her father of causing him physical harm. According to court documents, the reality TV star has alleged that Robinson was physically and verbally abusive to him throughout their two-year-long relationship. Court filings suggest that Sandoval has now formally requested a domestic violence restraining order against his girlfriend and her father.

Tom Sandoval has reportedly levied accusations against his girlfriend, Victoria Robinson, and her father, J. Will Robinson, for physically attacking him. As per court filings obtained by PEOPLE, the Vanderpump Rules alum has now officially filed a restraining order against her on June 25. For those unversed, Robinson was previously arrested for her abusive behavior.
Sandoval alleged that Robinson was verbally and physically abusive on June 3, according to the court filing. He detailed the horrific abuse. The 42-year-old star reportedly shared that during their night out, Robinson punched him in the face, injuring his neck and ear. He insisted that the impact of the hit was “so forceful” that it caused his vision to blur.
Sandoval also explained that on the same night, her father “lunged” at him “in his inebriated state.” Robinson’s father ended up making a hole in Sandoval’s bedroom door. The 33-year-old model was arrested on a charge of intimate partner battery with physical violence and released on bond the same day.
Sandoval has pleaded in his court filing that he “cannot” tolerate Robinson’s abuse any longer and that he is concerned for his safety and well-being. In his declaration, the TV star alleged that Robinson has been brutally abusive throughout their relationship. He claimed, “[Robinson] repeatedly insulted and demeaned me throughout our relationship.” As per Sandoval, Robinson called him a “f***ing loser.”
Sandoval also accused his model girlfriend of “spreading falsities” about him online and “deleting evidence of her abuse on my phone.” According to PEOPLE, a hearing on the restraining order has been set for July 16.
