Millie Bobby Brown made one of her most unexpected confessions yet while promoting “Enola Holmes 3.” The Stranger Things star shared a surprisingly detailed theory about a past life, explaining why she believes a birthmark on her back is connected to the way she once died.
Brown made the revelation in a new interview, where she and co-star Louis Partridge discussed whether they believed in reincarnation. While Partridge admitted he wasn’t convinced, Brown said she had already pieced together her own story.
Millie Bobby Brown explained why she believes a birthmark points to a past life as a closeted gay soldier
“I actually know exactly who I was,” Brown said during the Capital Buzz interview. She explained that a birthmark near the base of her spine had convinced her she died from a sword wound in a previous life.
“In war…I don’t know if this happened a lot or not…but swords, to kill people but make them have a painful death, they would put swords up people’s spines,” Brown said. “So, they were completely paralyzed…but they would obviously die, and that’s how I think I died.”
The actress went on to speculate that she had been “definitely a man” in that lifetime before jokingly adding, “Hopefully, a closeted gay man,” according to Capital Buzz.
While Brown’s past-life theory raised eyebrows, it wasn’t the only unusual story she’s shared during the Enola Holmes 3 press tour. According to PEOPLE, the actress recently spoke about her love of performing stunts, saying she wants to inspire more young women to embrace action roles.
“I really want young girls to think they can,” Brown said during a live recording of Josh Horowitz’s Happy Sad Confused podcast, per PEOPLE. “If you get a really great stunt coordinator…we as actors should know how to do certain things.”
The actress has previously compared herself to Tom Cruise after performing her own stunts in Damsel. Speaking on “The Drew Barrymore Show” in 2024, Brown said she felt like “the female version of Tom Cruise” after completing every stunt in the film herself.
