Ex-NFL Star Marcellus Wiley Accused of Years of Abuse in Explosive Divorce Filing

Annemarie Wiley escalated her legal battle with her estranged husband, Marcellus Wiley, by filing for divorce and seeking a restraining order. The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum’s court filing came just days after the former NFL player was arrested in Florida on a domestic violence battery charge stemming from a separate incident.

Reportedly, Annemarie requested that Marcellus stay at least 100 yards away from her and asked for exclusive use of their Los Angeles home. She also filed for custody of the couple’s three children, spousal support, and additional court protections.

In her declaration, TMZ reported that Annemarie accused Marcellus of a “continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control and intimidation” throughout their relationship.

She further stated, “Because of the trauma associated with many of these events, there are gaps in my memory, as I have blocked out much of what Marcellus has done to me,” according to the filing obtained by TMZ.

The court documents also included a series of allegations spanning more than a decade. According to TMZ, Annemarie alleged that Marcellus raped her in 2012 while intoxicated, punched her in the face in 2014, threw a bottle of Coca-Cola at her while she was nine months pregnant in 2019, struck her with his shoes in 2025, and sexually assaulted her multiple times in January 2026. She also claimed he borrowed $100,000 from her without repaying it and accumulated another $100,000 in credit card debt in her name.

The filing followed Marcellus’ arrest in Orlando over the July 4 weekend after Annemarie accused him of domestic violence at a hotel. He denied those allegations at the time.

According to NBC Sports, Marcellus broadly denied “these allegations” on Monday but did not publicly address any of the specific claims outlined in the divorce filing. As of now, the court has not ruled on Annemarie’s requests for a restraining order or custody.

The allegations contained in the filing remain unproven, and no findings have been made by the court.
