Prince Harry’s ‘Nervous’ Body Language Exposed on UK Trip — Expert

Prince Harry‘s body language drew expert scrutiny during his first major UK outing of this trip. The Duke of Sussex appeared in London on July 7 while attending an Invictus Games-related meeting. A new expert reading claimed his brief public wave carried signs of nerves. The analysis focused on his soft greeting outside Chatham House. It also framed the moment as a search for reassurance rather than command.

Prince Harry’s soft wave made it seem like he was seeking approval, says body language expert

According to RadarOnline, body language expert Inbaal Honigman analyzed Prince Harry’s appearance in London. The Duke was seen outside Chatham House in central London during his UK visit. Honigman, speaking for casino.ca, said, “Harry’s body language betrays a good deal of nervousness.” She also pointed to “a clear people-pleasing strategy.” The comments came as cameras followed his arrival and departure from the Invictus Games meeting.

Meanwhile, the expert focused closely on how Harry greeted the waiting crowd. Honigman said, “the Prince’s wave is soft and appears to seek approval.” She explained that a firmer wave would have sent a different message. According to her, “a firm, flat palm” and tight fingers would convey more authority. Instead, the gesture appeared softer and less commanding. That made the body language reading central to the report.

Still, Honigman said the wave suggested more than simple politeness. The expert claimed, “Harry’s gentle wave suggests he is looking for reassurance and encouragement.” The report also noted that more media than fans gathered around the outing. That context made the public gesture more noticeable. Harry was back in Britain for events tied to the Invictus Games. His wider UK trip had already drawn attention because Meghan Markle and the children did not travel with him. For the expert, the moment showed nerves under a carefully managed public appearance.
