Britney Spears took to Instagram to post a selfie video with the driver who appeared in last week’s viral video.The post followed another upload days earlier in which Spears was seen sticking her torso out of a Mercedes SUV while driving on a Los Angeles freeway. The footage quickly spread across social media, raising safety concerns among fans and followers.

According to the Daily Mail, the photo carousel featured a selfie with the driver from inside the car. Spears sat in the front passenger seat beside the driver, sticking out her tongue in a playful gesture. She was wearing oversized sunglasses, a straw hat, and a checked blazer. The driver, whom some outlets have speculated is her boyfriend, mirrored the tongue-out expression.
The carousel also included a video of Spears dancing in front of a fireplace, and a close-up of her silver and turquoise jewelry. It also had a photo of her 19-year-old son, Jayden James, with his girlfriend. Spears wrote in the caption, “Crazy how life is,,, so many different moments all rolled into to one! If this is the game of life, there are no rules!!!” She also included a shoutout to “people I absolutely adore.” She deleted the post roughly an hour after uploading it.
In the caption, Spears said she felt “absolutely so blessed” to have supportive people in her life. She also praised her son’s girlfriend and joked that she had made her wear the red hat. The post quickly drew comparisons to Spears’ earlier viral video. In the previous video, she was seen emerging through the sunroof of an SUV. According to reports, Spears stood through the sunroof for about two minutes while the vehicle traveled at approximately 45 mph in moderate traffic.
An insider said, “She wanted to see how long they would be delayed…She used to do this all the time as a kid growing up in the South; she loves having the warm wind blow through her hair in the summer, it’s fun. She is having a fun summer and is happy; she is in a good place.”
Spears also recently resolved a DUI-related case, which reduced her charge to a “wet reckless” offense. Under the agreement, she was placed on 12 months of probation. She was also ordered to pay a fine and complete mandatory DUI education classes.
