Tom Sandoval has secured an early legal victory in the latest chapter of his court battle with his ex. A judge ruled that his temporary restraining order will remain in effect for now as the case moves forward. The decision marks the latest development in the increasingly complex legal dispute.

Proceedings happened in a California courtroom on Thursday, July 16, in the matter involving the reality star, 43, his former partner Victoria Lee Robinson, 33, and her father, J. Will Robinson. According to an onlooker, Robinson showed up in a dark blazer over a black top, and her hair was pinned backwards. Sandoval himself was absent.
As per US Weekly, the judge is keeping the reality star’s temporary order active while the case moves forward. The two sides are now due back for further hearings on August 13 and 14. Technical trouble reportedly slowed things down, with Sandoval and Will both struggling to join the session remotely.
His lawyer requested extra time to build a case and collect evidence, which caused a delay accepted by Robinson’s side. There was also a practical request during the court hearing. Robinson asked whether she could pick up her personal items from the residence the pair once shared.
Tom Sandoval’s lawyer signaled that it should be workable but wanted to confirm with his client first. The same attorney flagged that footage would be presented to the court once the hearings pick back up.
Outside the courtroom, Robinson’s attorney said, “There are a lot of differences of opinion on this case.” “All Victoria really wants is to get this in her past and move on with her life.”
This case traces back to June, when Sandoval sought a domestic violence protection order against Robinson and her father. Robinson pursued a protective order of her own against Sandoval, but the court declined to grant it, which is why his order still stands as the fight drags on.
