Taylor Frankie Paul took to Instagram to share details of the legal battles she is facing regarding her three children, whom she shares with her exes.
‘The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ star addressed all the allegations about her online and insisted that they have a mix of true and false narratives.
Taylor Frankie Paul Hops Back On Social Media as Custody Fight With Exes Escalates
According to Us Weekly, Taylor appeared in a “Get Ready With Me” video and addressed the custody battles she is dealing with, involving her ex-husband, Tate Paul, and former partner, Dakota Mortensen. While she admits that some of the news floating around is true, some parts did not happen.
Taylor said, “If I have learned anything in 2026 with false headlines, there’s a lot of false information out there… That being said, there are some things that are true as well.”
Taylor also spoke about a case filed by Utah’s Division of Child and Family Services, which had asked a juvenile court to look into Taylor’s children and whether they are being neglected, dependent, or abused. Taylor revealed that she is reviewing the court documents for defending herself and confirms that she will counter some claims only in court.
She also denied claims that her daughter, Indy, was made to change her younger brother Ever’s diapers. Instead, she said Indy is never forced to help and does so willingly.
She said, “Not once have I forced or made my daughter change diapers,” she stressed. “If she ever wanted to, I let her. She likes to help. … If that is bad on me, so be it.”
Taylor also said that she does not claim to be a perfect mother and is ready to review her decisions and be transparent about her mistakes. The reality star told her followers, “I don’t claim to be this ‘mother of the year.’ I have my faults. I also have a right to stick up for myself.”
Taylor has recently regained extended unsupervised visitation with her son, Ever, following the court’s revision of a previous temporary arrangement. Her followers also learned that the Salt Lake County District Attorney had declined to file criminal charges against her, while her legal team argued that juvenile court was the proper forum to handle the family’s custody case.
