Shannon Beador isn’t staying quiet about the recent Quiet Woman controversy. The Real Housewives of Orange County star has filmed plenty of memorable moments at the iconic Orange County restaurant over the years.
So after rumors swirled about a dinner bill involving Andy Cohen, Shannon decided to clear the air.
After RHOC’s Tamra Judge shared her version of events, Shannon decided to reveal her side of the story and why she felt the restaurant mishandled the situation.

During the July 23 episode of Jamie Kennedy’s Hate to Break It to Ya podcast, Shannon pushed back on claims that she and Andy demanded free food at The Quiet Woman.
“It’s a completely exaggerated story,” Shannon said.
Tamra discussed the incident on Two Ts In A Pod, claiming Andy received a “$540 bill” and that Shannon believed he shouldn’t have had to pay because he “put this restaurant on the map.” Tamra later told Jeff Lewis that Shannon “had a meltdown.”
Shannon denied melting down. “I have been frequenting this restaurant…for years now. I’ve had some scenes there that have been, I guess, memorable.”
She said she coordinated the dinner with Andy and several castmates, making it a big visit for the restaurant.
“I said, ‘this is ridiculous. You have Andy Cohen here, who’s never been to Orange County, and he’s chosen your establishment,'” she recalled. “‘What else do you need?'”
Still, Shannon insisted, “It wasn’t like I was having a meltdown, but I let my opinion be known.”
She said the restaurant could have offered a “free round of drinks” or appetizers. Instead, Andy paid the bill and left a “very big tip.”
She says no one stepped in until the group started leaving. “The manager ran up and said… ‘we’re gonna rip up the bill,’ and so he came up to me, going, ‘we ripped up the bill,'” Shannon said.
For Shannon, the timing was the real issue. “It should’ve been discussed prior. It should’ve been figured out because it was embarrassing to me.”
Shannon concluded, “It’s just time for me to take a break. From that restaurant.”
Andy addressed this on Radio Andy, saying he happily paid the check before the restaurant offered to comp the meal. He described the evening as “the greatest night” and added, “I don’t think there’s any big kind of drama to this story.”
