PK Kemsley and Dorit Kemsley’s divorce continues to draw attention as the RHOBH stars dispute Dorit’s spending on luxury. PK Kemsley alleged that Dorit spent excessively on luxury labels as a personal choice more than a job requirement.

RHOBH’s PK Kemsley has pushed back against estranged wife Dorit’s claim that she needs to spend $700K on clothes and designer labels. However, PK Kemsley said that Bravo never required the cast members of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills to spend a large amount of money on designer clothes.
According to TMZ, the legal documents state that reality TV is about following the actual life of the cast. He alleged that there was no brief from Bravo to spend on luxury clothes, jewelry, or a luxury lifestyle.
He further said that the luxury lifestyle and spending are largely personal choices rather than a professional requirement. PK Kemsley argued that many of the items can also be worn off-camera.
The legal document states that Dorit earns more than PK yet refuses to contribute to the mortgage, taxes, and other expenses of the house she has occupied.
Earlier in a court filing, Dorit stated that she has to stay camera-ready for RHOBH; that’s why she often spends money. She allegedly spent $713K in 26 months, including $217K during season 15 and $500K during previous seasons.
However, PK has dismissed the alleged claims, arguing that the numbers are misleading and she often returns many of the items from her wardrobe; many were purchased on credit. The couple continues to accuse each other over their spending habits and responsibility for the mortgage where Dorit currently lives with their children.
The estranged couple filed for divorce in April 2026; they are currently fighting over the divorce proceedings and custody of their children.
