As “The View” celebrates its 30th anniversary, it is to feature a reunion with past and present hosts of the long-running show.
According to sources, Meghan McCain, a conservative co-host who served from 2017 to 2021, is not welcome.

Multiple sources told Page Six that the network would prefer that McCain not attend the reunion. The conservative co-host has courted controversies during her time on the show. It is now revealed that she was also notorious for behaving badly with her co-hosts and the staff.
The sources also said they would “be shocked” if the brass decided to invite her back after “the way she treated people.” One source claimed she was “the most horrible, biggest pain in the ass.” Reportedly, McCain’s behavior on and off screen was equally appalling. “She’s a nut bag!” they added.
A source claimed McCain had gone so far as to use the F-word against the executive producer in front of the studio audience. They said, “McCain’s petulant outbursts were well documented during her time on the show. Moderator Whoopi Goldberg became so visibly fed up with her once during a debate that she scolded, ‘Girl, please stop talking!’”
The sources also claimed McCain treated staff poorly. Allegedly, she would scream across the stage, saying, “Do you know who I am?” while referring to her late father, Sen. John McCain.
McCain left the show in 2021, but not without her share of complaints. She criticized the “toxic work environment” in an excerpt from her audio memoir, Bad Republican. She also said she felt actively hated by everyone. McCain explained that dealing with those feelings alongside her postpartum emotions became overwhelming.
She also called all her co-hosts “sh-ty” during an interview with Vice President J.D. Vance in June.
McCain joined The View after several years as a political commentator. She became known for her outspoken views and heated debates on the show.
