King Charles keeps Harry and Meghan outside working royal life after UK return, claims report

According to The Times, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle won’t be provided with taxpayer-funded security upon their return to the UK. Andy Burnham stated that the security issues are a private matter before wishing them well on their relocation. He said, “We wish them well in the move that they’re making.” They will continue to remain private individuals, staying outside London in private accommodations.

It is reported that King Charles remains open to welcoming the Sussexes and spending more time with them in a private capacity. However, for him, the future of the monarchy continues to remain a priority. It will not change upon the Sussexes’ arrival.

This decision to move back to the UK comes over a month after Prince Harry, Markle, and their kids’ emotional reunion with King Charles. It took place at Highgrove House, the King’s private country residence in Gloucestershire, England.

The details around where the couple would be living remain undisclosed. It is to be noted that they won’t be returning to royal responsibilities, but will continue to maintain their current titles. Archie and Lilibet will reportedly attend an undisclosed school in the UK, starting next month. Moreover, the couple will retain ownership of their California home and vacation property in Portugal.

Ahead of their UK move, there were reports that the Sussexes were considering the possibility of moving to Australia. At the time, sources claimed that it would enable them to stay closer to the royal family while building their life outside the UK.
