According to court documents obtained by TMZ, police responded to North Fulton Hospital on April 24. Authorities were investigating a reported sexual assault involving a teenage girl. The alleged incident reportedly occurred one day earlier at a nearby gym.
The alleged victim was described as a teenage classmate of Kroy Biermann Jr. She reportedly told police that she encountered him while visiting the gym. The two eventually went into a co-ed sauna together.
According to the police report, the girl claimed Kroy Jr. became physically aggressive. She reportedly told him to stop, but alleged that he continued. The accusations included forced oral sex and digital penetration.
Police subsequently launched an investigation into the allegations. An officer reportedly attempted to contact Kroy Biermann Sr. beginning on May 14. The officer said he spoke with him four days later about the case.
Kroy Sr. reportedly told the officer he would discuss the matter with Kim Zolciak. Police continued investigating the allegations after that conversation. Kroy Jr. was eventually arrested on August 17.
The teenager remained in custody following his arrest, according to the report. He was reportedly facing charges involving aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. The allegations had not been established as facts in court.
The police report also noted that the alleged victim received a medical examination. Doctors reportedly found no male DNA in her mouth or vagina. That medical finding did not resolve the broader allegations described in the report.
