Kim Zolciak’s Son Kroy Biermann Jr. Officially Indicted on Multiple Charges: Details

Trigger Warning: Sexual Assault

Kim Zolciak and  Kroy Biermann’s son, Kroy Biermann Jr., has been formally charged on multiple counts. The indictment on multiple counts came a day after Biermann Jr. filed for release on bond. The formal charges add another development in the legal case involving the teenager and allegations surrounding him.

Kroy Biermann Jr. was indicted by a Georgia grand jury on seven charges

Kroy Biermann Jr. is officially indicted by a Georgia grand jury on multiple charges. According to TMZ, the seven charges include aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, false imprisonment, aggravated sodomy, and three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16.

The legal documents state that the charges come from an alleged incident that took place in the gym changing room. Biermann Jr.’s classmate accused him of sexually assaulting her in the gym’s changing room. She accused him of forcing his penis into her mouth and digitally penetrating her.

One of the charges against Kim Zolciak and  Kroy Biermann’s elder son states that he touched the victim’s buttocks without her permission.

The formal charges came a day after Biermann Jr. filed for his release on bond, citing his academic records.

The investigators said that Biermann Jr. unlawfully controlled a 15-year-old girl and forced her into sexual acts in a changing room. According to Fox 5 Atlanta, medical staff who examined the girl at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta said tests revealed no male DNA was found on the victim.

Biermann Jr., who is 15 years old, faced accusations earlier this year. Months after the investigations, he was arrested in August by local police. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak publicly supported her son and denied the allegations.

While he is formally charged on multiple counts, there is no information on whether more charges could follow.
