Sources familiar with the situation told TMZ that Kim has visited KJ multiple times. The outlet reported that Kim and Brielle most recently visited him Tuesday. Sources also told the outlet that KJ is doing the best he can while behind bars. He has remained in custody since his Aug. 17 arrest.
KJ is accused of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery with a minor female classmate. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the girl accused him of forcing her mouth onto his penis and digitally penetrating her vagina. Doctors examined her at a hospital after the alleged incident, the report says. The outlet reported that doctors found no male DNA during the examination.
Kim has strongly denied the allegations against her son. She previously told TMZ that KJ “categorically denies” ever engaging with the woman or committing the alleged acts. Kim also said KJ voluntarily took and passed a polygraph examination. She cited police records indicating that no male DNA was found.
Kim has also claimed that the woman made similar allegations against two other people. However, no independent source has verified that claim. Kim said false accusations can have “devastating consequences” and believes KJ will be cleared if the case reaches trial. For now, she continues to support her son with repeated jail visits as he remains behind bars.
