Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s son Kroy Biermann Jr. has reportedly asked the judge to release him on bond. The request came after he was accused of sexually assaulting his classmate in a gym changing area.

Kroy Biermann Jr. has been accused of sexually assaulting a classmate in a gym changing area. He was arrested last month on charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.
According to TMZ, Kroy Biermann Jr. has asked a judge to release him on bond, citing his academic and athletic record.
Biermann Jr. filed documents in a Georgia court seeking his release. His attorneys argued that the 15-year-old’s academic and athletic record supports their claim that he is of good character.
His attorneys described him as a good kid who is unlikely to flee. They said Biermann Jr. is “a high school student in good standing who has demonstrated strong academic achievement” and is receiving scholarships for his athletic achievements.
His lawyer also cited his strong community ties, including relationships with his parents, siblings, friends, teachers and coaches.
His attorney said Biermann Jr. knew about the allegations since April and made no attempt to flee. Biermann Jr. also reportedly submitted to a polygraph exam and answered two relevant questions about the allegations. However, the filing did not disclose the questions.
Biermann Jr. also asked the court to keep the proceedings confidential because both he and the alleged victim are juveniles.
The case has drawn intense media scrutiny because Biermann Jr. is the son of former NFL star Kroy Biermann and The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak.
