Is there trouble afloat between Below Deck Mediterranean besties Joe Bradley and Nathan Gallagher? Well, these boat buddies just unfollowed each other online. So, maybe?
Joe and Nathan both worked as deckhands during Below Deck Med Season 9. Here, they created a solid bromance that was fun to watch. However, when Season 10 debuted, only Nathan was present, standing in his newly appointed role as the bosun. But then, Nathan fired two of his deckhands, which left a Joe-sized opening in this series.
When Joe returned, his embrace with Nathan was nothing short of cinematic. But as the weeks progress, their friendship is seemingly falling apart at its seams. And now, according to recent online sleuths, these two stars might have hit another wave once their cameras went dark on Season 10.

Joe returned to filming during Episode 5. Once onboard, he and Nathan reestablished their bond and set to work. Yet, as the weeks pass, their goofy friendship keeps getting in the way of their jobs, which Captain Sandy Yawn keeps noting. As she has stressed, Nathan is now the leader of his team, so their bromance needs to go.
Thankfully, Nathan agrees, but getting scolded by his Captain stings. So, he went to Aesha Scott for advice during Episode 8. As Aesha instructed, Nathan needed to be firmer with his team, including Joe. After one such encounter with Nathan, Joe wondered, “Who even is this?”
As it seems, matters between these two have not improved. On Reddit, fans just revealed a sad update: Joe and Nathan are no longer following each other on Instagram. Half the comments suggest a lack of respect and/or decreased work ethics were at play. Meanwhile, others suspect that Gael Cameron, who now shares a child with Nathan, might be an issue for Joe.
Hopefully, this is all just a big mistake, and soon, these boys will return to their first loves, each other.
