The relatives of Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre are apparently fighting over her estate. The dispute is over the deceased author’s multimillions that she received from a settlement with the former Prince Andrew, now known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
Virginia was a sex trafficking victim of Jeffrey’s from when she was 16. She received an estimated $16 million in a civil suit with Andrew in 2022. Because there was no valid will, Australian intestacy laws will divide her estate.
Virginia Giuffre left behind a multimillion-dollar fortune

Virginia was just 16 years old when her association with Jeffrey and his cohort, Ghislaine Maxwell, occurred. In her posthumous memoir, she describes her three alleged sexual encounters with the former prince. In an excerpt from her upcoming book Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice, Virginia recalls meeting Andrew for the first time in 2001.
According to RadarOnline, Virginia received the payout through compensation funds and civil settlement, including $500,000 from Jeffrey in 2009. Andrew denied any wrongdoing.
A family acquaintance said: “Everyone knew this would be messy the moment it became clear she died without a will. There is a lot of money, a lot of emotion and no agreement on what she would have wanted.”
This past June, Virginia’s two oldest children, Christian, 19, and Noah, 18, who live with their father, successfully applied to the court to be appointed administrators of the estate. The dispute is between these children, their father, their mother’s estranged husband and Virginia’s extended family.
Virginia’s half-brothers requested taking over her charity, Speak Out, Act, Reclaim, for which $3 million of Andrew’s settlement had been allocated. Family members are opposing this. They seek a nonprofit professional who can govern the charity. The money is being held in an escrow account and handled by a third party.
Along with the money, Virginia owns four properties, which further complicates the court fight.
