Jason further shared that many people in his sports circle reached out to confide in him about their own heartbreaking experiences, which made him realize how rarely miscarriages are discussed openly. He elaborated, “You really find out in moments like those how awesome sports are, how awesome teams are. There were so many people that shared with me—coaches, teammates, people within the Eagles building, friends of ours—and you really find out how prevalent this actually is, how often miscarriages happen. And it’s something a lot of times doesn’t get said and spoken about.”
Jason and Kylie now share four children: Wyatt, Elliotte, Bennett, and Finn. In an episode of Kylie’s Not Gonna Lie podcast, she earlier reflected on her miscarriage, revealing that despite having four children, the pregnancy loss continues to hurt still. She said, “For people who are still on their journey and haven’t yet gotten over the hump of getting to meet their tiny humans. I am so sorry for people who have experienced loss and who have also gotten to meet some of their tiny humans. I am also sorry because it doesn’t not hurt.”
