Welcome back to the second annual Reality Tea Awards! Today, we are naming the hottest reality television couples of 2025.
Today we honor these reality television couples for their fun and supportive bonds, even when their days grew dark. And now, without any further ado, these are our four nominees, along with our winner of Reality Tea’s TV Couple of the Year Award for 2025!
Nominee: Fraser Olender and Matt Rogers
Fraser Olender and Matt Rogers are a new couple, but they still deserve a nod for the best Reality TV pairing of 2025. Matt, a comedian, podcast host, and actor, is a big fan of the Bravoverse. But his number one star on this network is likely now Fraser.
In most seasons of Below Deck, Fraser, a well-dressed and ever-polished chief stew, was single. But as of last month, Fraser is now dating Matt.
When Fraser experienced a health scare, Matt joined him at the hospital. But when Matt later prank-called Fraser, the soft way that he said “Hi” when Fraser answered got me in my feelings. Now, all we can do is hope that these men honor their position as one of our top reality TV pairings of 2025 by staying together.
Nominee: Guerdy Abraira and Russell Abraira
Guerdy Abraira and Russell Abraira have the kind of marriage people only dream of. They met in their youth and have been an item ever since.
Guerdy recently experienced weird takedown narratives during Season 7 of Real Housewives of Miami. She had a drink thrown on her, and then she encountered a shut-out of sorts from certain cast members, including a strange “regifting” accusation. She also failed to receive support for her cancer journey, but the one person who never let her down was, you guessed it, Russell, her ever-supportive husband.
Weaker men avoid reunions like the plague. But Russell is not like most men. Instead of letting his wife fight alone, he showed up to the RHOM Season 7 reunion like a boss. And we know he always will, which is why Guerdy and Russell received a nomination for our 2025 Reality TV Couple of the Year award.
Nominee: Gael Cameron and Nathan Gallagher
Gael Cameron and Nathan Gallagher have been an item for roughly two years, with a pause somewhere in between. But during this pause, Nathan realized what a prize Gael was. So now, they are back together. They even have an additional man on the side, courtesy of their precious baby boy, Kayden.
Gael and Nathan met on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9. Their boatmance transitioned with them after filming. But when Nathan appeared again in Season 10, he revealed that they had sadly parted ways. Regardless, as Season 10 advances, one thing is beyond clear: Nathan wants Gael back.
Thankfully, Gael will soon visit his yacht, and their relationship will get back on track. And judging from all their precious family of three content online, these two have seemingly broken the yachtie curse, I fully believe that Gael and Nathan deserve a nomination for Reality Tea’s 2025 TV Couple of the Year.
Nominee: Katie Ginella and Matt Ginella
Katie Ginella lacked support this year. But thankfully, she found everything she needed in her husband, Matt Ginella. She has a good man in her corner. And this is why these two deserve a nomination for Reality Tea’s 2025 TV Couple of the Year.
During Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19, Katie told her truth, but no one wanted to hear it. Instead, they brought in a silly lie detector test, even though they are all unreliable narrators. No matter what anyone else did this season, Katie seemed to be the main character in the hot seat, until the reunion, that is, when Tamra Judge joined her in this role.
But Matt was also present. During the reunion, he joined the cast on the stage to stand up for his wife. Forgoing all right and wrong aspects of this messy, dark season, Matt only cared about making Katie feel seen. And for that, I say, well done, Matt.
Winner: Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe
Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe basically dominated headlines in 2025. And here they are yet again, taking home the trophy as Reality Tea’s TV Couple of the Year for 2025. Long live Nicolandria, right? Hopefully.
Olandria and Nic met during Season 7 of Love Island USA. His original partner got ousted from filming thanks to racially insensitive social media remarks. And when she left, Nicolandria formed. However, unlike other pairings, these two experienced a “slow burn” romance, which likely helped draw their fans even further in.
As Season 7 progressed, Olandria and Nic only had eyes for each other. Their witty banter, affectionate glances, and complementary personalities were so fun to watch. Even though they failed to win their season, they still won at life, as Olandria and Nic are still together, making major coin from all their Nicolandria-themed business ventures. I wish their haters well, and congratulate them on their latest achievement as Reality Tea’s TV Couple of the Year for 2025.
