Princess Charlotte’s hidden talent has been uncovered. The only daughter of Prince William and Kate Middleton teamed up with her mother for a piano duet on Christmas Day.
The duo brought a touching message from the Princess of Wales about the spirit of Christmas, which, for her, speaks of love in its simplest form. The touching moment was first teased before Christmas with the caption a special duet on the Prince and Princess of Wales’ social media handle. Kate could be identified by her sapphire engagement ring.
Watch Kate Middleton and daughter Charlotte tickle the ivories!

Charlotte likely has plenty of time to focus on other things, like piano. The 10-year-old is third in line to the throne after her father and older brother, Prince George. She showcased her talents on the ivories with her mother on Christmas Day.
On the official Prince and Princess Instagram account, the pair are heard playing Holm of Sound by Erland Cooper. In the video, the Princess narrates how love around Christmas takes the simplest, most human forms. She notes this is not through grand gestures but rather “gentle ones, a moment of listening, a word of comfort, a friendly conversation, a helping hand. Presence.”
Kate and her daughter attended a Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace earlier this month and were photographed wearing matching bows. That’s one of many touching moments we’ve seen from the royal family throughout December. Kate and William’s three children were seen penning handwritten notes on a long red paper chain to decorate a Christmas tree outside Westminster Abbey recently. They all had coordinating outfits for the event.
Also in attendance for the festivities were Kate’s parents, Carole and Michael Middleton. Charlotte occasionally accompanies the royal family on overseas tours and diplomatic visits. She’s estimated to be worth billions to the British economy during her lifetime.
