If you remember Ben Flajnik, then you would nail a game of Bachelor Nation trivia. He first came up on our TV screens as a contestant in The Bachelorette Season 7. The fan reaction towards him was instantly divided, with some finding him sweet and others finding him to be an arrogant jerk. Anyways, after finishing as runner-up, he became Season 16’s Bachelor. And yes, his controversial character hot takes continued.
His season ultimately ended just the way it’s intended: a successful proposal. However, his romance with winner Courtney Robertson was short-lived and he quickly was back to square one: single and looking for his true love. Fast forward to now, not only is he happily married to Christina Flajnik, but his family just got a little bit bigger.

Recently, Ben made a big announcement with his wife, who he married back in 2023.
The happy couple announced in a joint Instagram post that they just welcomed their first child right before Christmas 2025. They shared an adorable picture of their hands cupping their newborn’s feet.
“Baby boy Flajnik made us a family of three on December 22. He has shown us a new level of love we didn’t know was possible. Our hearts are forever changed,” they wrote in the January 1 caption.
And if you’re wondering about his ex-fiance Courtney, she got her happy ending too. She’s married to a fellow non-reality TV partner and they’ve welcomed three children together.
Ben and his wife haven’t revealed their son’s name just yet. Aside from a social post every month or so, they live a fairly private life. In fact, Christina’s IG profile is private. This picture may be the most fans see into their lives as parents.
