The two-week marriage between Golnesa Gharachedaghi and Dennis DeSantis came to the surface in a major way during the latest episode of The Valley: Persian Style.
Although they annulled their marriage, she let him back into her life as a business partner. He also wound up getting engaged to one of her friends and was apparently posting all about it on Instagram.
With that in mind, GG thought it would be wise to have him show up at Adam Farahan’s birthday dinner, without giving anyone a heads up. Naturally, he wound up getting pounced on by Reza Farahan and Mercedeh Javid.
The Valley: Persian Style got intense due to “zero accountability”
In The Valley: Persian Style Season 1 Episode 4, the group went to Palm Springs to celebrate Adam’s birthday. They had drinks, dinner, and a drag queen serving them cake. It should have been a good time, but Dennis randomly showing up killed the vibe. Reza and Mercedeh were contractually obligated to give him an earful.
“As someone who cares about her, I don’t like the way you stepped in and out of her life … without any explanation,” Mercedeh told Dennis.
“I want you to know that the reason why it was so easy for me to ice you out and ghost you is because I thought what you did to Golnesa was cruel,” she continued. “So, for you to just slide into this dinner spot with us is zero accountability.”
Dennis tried to defend himself, but he didn’t get too far. He claimed that the girl he wound up engaged to wasn’t GG’s friend. Either way, it’s still messy, and Mercedeh let him know that.
“Even if she wasn’t her friend, you still left her,” she continued. “You still got together with somebody two seconds later.”
Once Mercedeh finished dragging him, Reza jumped in to reiterate just how hurtful it was to see GG go through the failed two-week marriage. He told him that he “experienced her hurt.”
While all of this drama unfolded at the table, GG just sat there, barely saying anything. Deep down, she liked seeing her friends take down her ex-husband in front of a bunch of cameras.
“It is a f*ck you to Dennis,” GG said in her confessional. “It’s for him to understand that I’m not the only one who thought his actions were wrong.”
The Valley: Persian Style airs on Bravo every Thursday at 9/8c, and you can stream it the next day on Peacock.
