A Real Housewives of Orange County alum is going to be a first-time grandma!
This morning, former cast member Braunwyn Windham-Burke shared an Instagram post announcing the happy news. Her daughter Bella is expecting her first baby with her husband Douglas Tuohy.
“I’m going to be a grandma!!! So so so excited that my first baby is having a baby!!! Mama B ready for duty!!!” Braunwyn wrote alongside the photo of an ultrasound.
Braunwyn Windham-Burke’s family is about to expand
The happy news arrived just a few months after Braunwyn and her ex-husband Sean Burke celebrated their eldest daughter’s wedding in September.
At the time, the proud mom of seven shared an Instagram carousel of Bella and her new husband. She inscribed her post with, “My first baby got married! We’re all so excited to welcome @douglastuohy into the family and I’m so proud of the woman that @bellawindhamburke has become. Family of 10 here we come.”
Following her separation from her children’s father, Braunwyn “married” her partner Jennifer Spinner in February 2023. Unfortunately, she was still legally married to Sean at the time she and Jennifer went to Vegas, so it’s no wonder her kids called her premature wedding “stupid.”
While she’s had a sometimes rocky relationship with her children, Braunwyn did manage to get three of her younger children to pose with herself, Jennifer and their two dogs in a new family portrait in January. “I’ve always wanted the kids to be able to have a family portrait that highlighted the unique, crazy, beautiful life that [Jennifer] and I have created with and for them,” Braunwyn said at the time.
Meanwhile, well wishes rolled in for the impending grandma. “Congratulations darling,” Real Housewives of Miami star Kiki Barth responded, including two red heart emojis.
“So amazing!!! Super happy for you,” added a second.
Another follower added, “Congratulations! What an absolutely joyful milestone for you and your family!”
