A conservative podcaster and conspiracy theorist wants to give people an inside look at Erika Kirk. Candace Owens knew her husband, Charlie, well, previously serving as his communications director for Turning Point USA.
On Monday, Candace teased a new documentary video in the aftermath of Charlie’s death. Bride of Charlie appears to be an upcoming investigative series about Erika. The mother of two has had a polarizing effect on people since Charlie’s assassination. Some have praised her grace for forgiving the person who killed her husband. Others though, accuse her of relishing the spotlight in the aftermath of that tragedy.

Audiences seem split on this upcoming documentary. Some people on X have called this a hit piece against Erika. Meanwhile, there are others seemingly excited about the release of this series, believing the truth about Erika will be exposed.
For her part, Candace has not only been very vocal since Charlie’s death but has questioned the events leading up to it. Among the most bizarre theories she’s had was that Charlie was a “time traveller.” Candace has also accused the government of tampering with the investigation into Charlie’s death. Another one of her speculations is that pro-Israel groups may have been involved in the shooting. Israeli officials have denied these claims.
While many have sympathized with Erika, the widow has also gotten her share of hate. In late January, a video surfaced with Charlie’s widow smiling during a video chat. The timing had many people scratching their heads as the chat came just a few days after Charlie’s assassination. She was discussing how successful Turning Point USA’s sales had been.
Since Charlie’s death, Erika has taken over as CEO of his political activist group. Over 90,000 people attended a memorial service for her husband at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, in September, including Donald Trump and JD Vance. It sounds like there will be more details about the series this week, with Candace saying on X, “We’ll be back on Wednesday.”
