Kim was allegedly involved in a crash earlier this month. She is facing multiple charges related to the alleged crash involving her vehicle.
She and the rapper had been married on two separate occasion, and share a daughter, Hailie Jade. This latest incident has drawn more unwanted attention towards her and her longstanding connection with the famed Detroit rapper.

The aftermath of the alleged crash involving Kim isn’t exactly painting her in a positive light. Footage released by TMZ shows her speaking to police and appearing a little disoriented. In the video, she is administered a breathalyzer test before being arrested. She can be heard asking, “is there anyone in the house that can move the GMC so I can get the Range Rover out of here?” That Range Rover is parked in the driveway as she’s in handcuffs.
According to court records, Kim is accused of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failing to stop or identify after causing property damage. Both are misdemeanors. Reports suggest the chaos began Monday evening when she allegedly hit a parked car on her street and didn’t stop. Sources say that she continued driving, pulling into her driveway before crashing the Range Rover into the garage door.
After two marriages with Kim, her ex is reportedly moving on. In October, reports indicated Eminem was dating his hairstylist. When asked by officers if she had consumed alcohol or narcotics upon her arrest, Kim said “no.”
Kim claims that another vehicle forced her into the situation she’s being accused of. She alleged a blue car swerved into her lane, leaving her with no room to maneuvre. She says that’s what caused her to hit a pickup truck. A neighbor reportedly witnessed the incident and contacted authorities.
