After making a killing on her Slutty Vegan empire, Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 17 newbie Pinky Cole has made her stance crystal clear. She doesn’t want any beef, either in the literal sense or in the colloquial sense.
Of course, that’s easier said than done. A little beef comes with the territory on this Bravo show, but according to Pinky, she’s trying to start her Housewives journey with peaceful intentions. At least, that’s what she says now.
New RHOA castmate Pinky has a message for her co-stars
After the RHOA Season 17 trailer dropped, which confirmed Pinky’s casting along with Love & Hip Hop star K. Michelle, the restaurateur and reality TV rookie took to her Instagram with a message.
“I’m vegan … so don’t bring me no beef,” she wrote.
Based on what we’ve seen in the trailer, we’re not sure how long that mantra is going to stick. Within the first seconds of the sneak peek, we see her calling out Phaedra Parks for eating “dead people.” We’ve heard a lot of questionable things about Phaedra over the years, but that one was certainly a first.
Elsewhere in the trailer, we see Pinky caught up in a messy back-and-forth with Angela Oakley. RHOA fans know Angela is quick with the shade, and she threw out a few jabs at Pinky, calling her “Mr. Clean” and “Papa Smurf.”
On social media, Pinky seems to be taking the shade in stride. For example, she posted a side-by-side photo to Instagram of herself and Mr. Clean. She’s rolling with the punches, and in the caption, she wrote, “I can kinda see it.”
For now, it seems like Pinky is ready to take the high road with her new RHOA castmates. We’ll see if things change once the season drops.
