Meghan Markle and Prince Harry could reportedly not be welcoming ex-Prince Andrew’s daughters at their California home. Earlier, reports suggested that the Sussex couple had offered Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice to stay with them. It was said that the York sisters would seemingly think about the offer seriously, as they had witnessed their cousin go through a similar situation with the royals. However, a source recently claimed that the royal couple might not be serious about the alleged invitation.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may not welcome ex-Prince Andrew’s daughters, says expert
Prince Harry has reportedly maintained a close relationship with is cousins, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice. Moreover, ex-Prince Andrew’s daughters have seemingly been close to Meghan Markle. Therefore, the report of the Sussex couple offering the sisters their California home caught everyone’s attention. Recently, a source highlighted a different side of the story.
Former BBC royal correspondent and royal expert, Jennie Bond, told the Mirror that she has doubts about Harry’s possible offer. “I’d be surprised if those reports are true. Harry must know that the press would hunt Beatrice and Eugenie down, and bring unwelcome attention to his fiercely guarded life and young family in California, as well as to themselves,” she claimed.
According to the expert, the princesses would have been in touch with Harry and Markle. Furthermore, Bond believed that the sisters could reportedly get inspired by the Sussexes’ life in California, away from the royal family. Moreover, Harry and Eugenie have always been close.
The outlet stated that the youngest daughter of Andrew, Eugenie, knew Markle before the latter became Harry’s wife. On the other hand, she has reportedly been in contact with her cousin during the “latest crisis.”
However, an earlier report claimed that the duke and duchess might stay silent amid Andrew’s arrest investigation. Although the “Spare” author has maintained a good dynamic with his royal cousins, he might not be entertaining the comparison between himself and the 66-year-old.
