Disturbing new details have emerged about 90 Day Fiancé star Leida Margaretha and the death of her infant daughter. In July 2025, she and Eric Rosenbrook’s five-week-old daughter was taken off life support. The infant’s death happened amid a flurry of legal trouble for both Eric and Leida, but both parents denied any wrongdoing. Now, a new report from the coroner shows that the death was ruled “non-accidental.” Here’s what we know so far.
Leida Margaretha’s baby daughter died in 2025

According to TMZ, new details from the Adams County Health and Human Services Department confirmed that Leida and Eric’s baby daughter’s death was ruled non-accidental. Allegedly, the assessment goes on to say that there’s “a preponderance of the evidence to substantiate maltreatment of physical abuse to the infant by the mother.”
90 Day Fiancé fans might recall that Alisa’s death coincided with a chaotic year for the estranged couple. In January 2025, Leida was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct and mistreatment of an animal.
Fast forward to the Fourth of July 2025, days before Alisa died, Leida filed a restraining order against Eric. He admitted to slapping her, and allegedly, she was holding Alisa when it happened. He denied ever hitting Alisa.
Later that month, just a week after their daughter passed away, prosecutors hit Leida with 24 felony charges, all unrelated to the infant’s death. Court documents show she received charges for seven counts of bail jumping, six counts of wire fraud, and 10 counts of forgery. She also got one count of stealing from a business between $10,000 and $100,000.
Despite the latest findings in Alisa’s death, no additional charges have been filed against Leida. The investigation is ongoing. Plus, the official cause and manner of death have not been finalized, pending a full autopsy report.
