Once again, Grace Lilly from Southern Hospitality has landed herself behind bars. For those of you keeping track at home, this is the second time in just a matter of three months. She’s on a roll, and according to the police report, this latest arrest was allegedly drug-related.
Grace Lilly was arrested for possession of a controlled substance

According to a police report reviewed by Page Six, Grace was arrested on Tuesday, March 10, for possession of a controlled substance. Details of what exactly led up to the arrest are still unknown, but she was in custody for a few hours with a bond of $10,575. They later released her on personal recognizance, so she’ll have to appear in court in the coming weeks.
Allegedly, drugs were involved in Grace’s last arrest, too. In December 2025, cops pulled her over for an illegal lane change. Just hours before this happened, she told her Instagram followers she was heading out to see Marty Surpreme.
When the cops pulled Grace over, she wound up having a warrant for second-degree harassment. They arrested her, and they found a bottle of pills in her purse with a label that said “Happy Pills.” She said they were Xanax and birth control. The cops said she couldn’t prove that she had a prescription for the Xanax and couldn’t recall the manufacturer of the birth control.
Grace’s streak of arrests comes right on the heels of Southern Hospitality launching its fourth season. That means she’ll have a lot to discuss at this year’s reunion, assuming she’ll be free to attend.
Southern Hospitality airs on Bravo on Wednesdays at 9/8c. You can stream it on Peacock the next day.
