Is something amiss with Below Deck lovebirds Gael Cameron and Nathan Gallagher? When we last checked in with them, they seemed to be on a good path. Their showmance evolved, and they welcomed their first child, Kayden, after Season 10 of Below Deck Mediterranean concluded.
Unfortunately, some eagle-eyed fans have spotted a few things on social media that seem to suggest the two might have gone their separate ways. But is there any truth to it?
Gael has unfollowed Nathan on Instagram
After welcoming their son Kayden into the world back in June 2025, the Below Deck parents said they were ready to raise their child together. Although they both live on different continents, they seemed committed to making it work. They even shared a family picture back in November 2025.
Fast forward to March 2026, and things seem like they might have shifted. Fans in the r/BelowDeck subreddit pointed out a handful of clues that seem to suggest that the two might have gone their separate ways.
First and foremost, Gael seems to have unfollowed Nathan on Instagram. That’s a pretty major red flag that something has gone horribly wrong in a relationship.
While Nathan did kick off 2026 by announcing a six-month social media break, that’s no reason to unfollow the father of your infant child.
Meanwhile, Nathan appeared to break his social media hiatus, and some fans think it was a subtle hint at the status of things with Gael. He shared a POV photo from a yacht with a song by Elijah the Boy playing. The lyrics were interesting, to say the least.
“And my ex got me blocked, but I know she peekin’,” the lyrics read.
Those lyrics seem pointed, right? That sounds like a guy who is desperate to let the world know that he’s single. However, as Bravo’s The Daily Dish pointed out, Nathan and Gael were just together last week, so this might all be a coincidence.
Nathan broke his social media hiatus again on March 12 to share a snap of Kayden spending the day at the zoo. In the pictures, little Kayden was strapped to Gael’s chest, and they looked like a happy little family!
With all of that in mind, the status of things between Gael and Nathan remains a little uncertain. Are they coparents? Are they lovers? Whatever it is they have going on, we just hope they’re happy.
