Taylor Frankie Paul Arrest Footage Resurfaces Amid Bachelorette Chaos

More disturbing details from Taylor Frankie Paul’s 2023 domestic violence incident have come to light. We previously saw the shocking video of her fighting Dakota Mortensen and throwing metal chairs at him, whacking her kid in the process. That video prompted ABC to cancel her season of The Bachelorette just days before the premiere.

Now, we’ve got a new look at the body cam footage from the officer who arrived on the scene and subsequently arrested Taylor. A neighbor dialed 911 to report a woman screaming, and there’s audio of that phone call, too.

Daily Mail uncovered the full body cam footage from Taylor and Dakota’s 2023 domestic violence incident, and it picks up right where Dakota’s cell phone video ends. The cops were waiting outside the house, and you could hear Taylor screaming at Dakota to “shut up” right as she answered the door.

As the cop tried to make sense of what was happening, Dakota and Taylor kept bickering. He told the cops that Taylor was “hammered” while insisting that he was sober.

Taylor replied, “Throwing stuff at me sober? … You threw me in the garage.”

The cop separated the two and then explained to an inconsolable Taylor that a neighbor had heard the fight and dialed 911. Through tears, Taylor admitted to getting physical with Dakota after coming home from a girls’ night. She told the officers she was “emotionally hurting,” and went “ballistic” on him.

“I pushed him. I hit him. He pushed me. I don’t know what to say about it,” she told the officers.

Taylor claimed she was afraid of Dakota. She told the cops she felt “so scared that [she] peed [her] pants.” Meanwhile, Dakota explained to the officer his side of the story and said he felt “scared for [his] life.” He also thought his finger may have been broken in the scuffle.

Since Dakota was the only one with injuries, and Taylor admitted to assaulting him, they put her in handcuffs. Obviously, she didn’t like that.

Taylor pleaded, “Why am I under arrest? So you’re going on his word against mine? … He pushed me, and I’m under arrest? I pissed my pants, and I’m under arrest?”

The SLOMW star eventually pleaded guilty to one felony count of aggravated assault and received three years’ probation.

Of course, news broke earlier this week that she and Dakota had another alleged domestic violence incident this year. Both Dakota and Taylor are undergoing psychological evaluations, while production on SLOMW Season 5 remains on pause.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is streaming on Hulu and Disney+.
