Pretty Little Liars star Janel Parrish and her husband of seven years, Chris Long, have allegedly split. And, there’s more. According to reports, the pair have actually been broken up for some time, having ended their romance several months ago.
Reports claim the couple broke up months ago
An insider has revealed to E! News that Janel and Chris have ended their marriage after months of separation. The pair were married for seven years, having tied the knot in a ceremony in Hawaii in 2018. Before that, they dated for two years.
“We feel so lucky we found each other in this crazy world,” Janel told US Weekly just after their nuptials. “He just is my person,” she went on. “He’s my best friend in the entire world. And no matter what, if I’m having the worst day ever, I feel like I have somebody who understands me.”
Although they were pretty low-key about their romance, the TV star and the chemical engineer did share insights into their marriage every so often on social media. For example, in 2021, Janel took to Instagram to celebrate the birthday of her “hunky hubby.” Just months later, she posted again to mark their third wedding anniversary.
“Three years ago today, I married you,” she wrote in the caption of the Instagram post, which featured a series of photos from their wedding. “Still the easiest and best decision I ever made. I love you.”
Chris, meanwhile, appears to have removed most of his recent posts about Janel from his socials. TMZ reported last year that there were several posts of the couple on his Instagram … but now there’s only one. A quick scroll reveals the remaining post is a selfie from 2017. “This girl,” he wrote in the caption.
Janel and Chris are seemingly yet to comment – or post – about their rumored split.
