Amid her court battle to obtain a restraining order against her ex, Taylor Frankie Paul’s family is stepping up.
Apparently, Taylor’s younger sister, Aspen May, submitted a declaration as part of the case against Taylor’s baby daddy Dakota Mortensen. The declaration is believed to be related to the judge’s requirement that a supervisor be present during Dakota’s parenting time.
As domestic violence accusations continued, the judge presiding over the case admitted that he had concerns about both parents.

According to TMZ, last week the judge ruled that Dakota will continue to have custody of their two-year-old son Ever True. In the meantime, Taylor is allowed just eight hours of supervised parenting time per week.
After Dakota leaked a video last month showing a domestic violence incident between the former couple, the situation escalated. Not only did ABC cancel Taylor’s season of The Bachelorette only three days before the premiere, but Dakota was awarded temporary custody of their son.
In response, Taylor filed her own restraining order against her ex, claiming he was the violent one in the relationship.
Meanwhile, the Salt Lake County D.A. is investigating allegations that Taylor assaulted Dakota in February. The judge is concerned that the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star may have violated her probation from a 2023 domestic violence case. During that incident, Taylor was accused of accidentally hitting her then-five-year-old daughter with a chair while arguing with Dakota.
