For those unversed, a biopic based on Michael Jackson’s life was released today, April 24. However, before the worldwide release, the film opened to mixed reviews from critics. Michael Jackson’s nephew Taj Jackson calls out critics of biopic

Michael Jackson’s nephew, Taj Jackson, takes a shot at critics who criticized the biopic based on the King of Pop’s life. He wrote, “Sorry media, you don’t get to control the narrative anymore of who Michael Jackson truly was. The public gets to watch this movie…they will decide for themselves. And you can’t handle that.”

Further, he added, “Can’t wait till some critics have to eat crow. And yes, I will be that petty.” If one looks at Taj’s X timeline, he has been incessantly posting about the Michael biopic. He has been reposting positive fan reviews and audience ratings, and engaging with any user who agrees with his views.

Last night, he posted, “The Michael movie is clearly bringing people together and leaving them feeling joy and happiness. That sounds exactly like my uncle Michael…Michael Jackson never gave the world what it thinks it wants, he gave the world what it truly needs. ‘Shine Your Light Michael’.”

Fans agreed with Taj’s post and left heartwarming reviews of the Michael biopic. One fan commented, “I saw the movie in Paris; the entire theater clapped at the end. I go to the movies often, and that was the first time that has ever happened. The critics are delusional and hateful.”

A second fan wrote, “Michael is eternal and he will pulsate through generations and centuries for eternity. LONG LIVE THEE GREATEST OF ALL TIME! Michael Joseph Jackson!”

A third fan penned, “Just bitter media needs to be nasty as usual. But nobody cares about their opinion, and yes, people are coming together for MJ. I’m going tomorrow for the second time, this time with my family and friends.”

Finally, one fan remarked, “It’s like the more negative the “professional critics” are, the better the movie really is.”
