Conner Leavitt joins 11 to Midnight for an off-Broadway run

“I’m so grateful for the opportunity to join the cast of 11 to Midnight,” Conner told People. He’s thrilled to be “part of such a special, unique theater experience here in New York.”
He gives his wife all the credit for being a “continuous inspiration to follow your dreams.” He added that Whitney’s “experience onstage really helped me find a love and appreciation for the theater.”
Following competing on Dancing with the Stars, Whitney and her family joined her DWTS dance partner Mark Ballas in New York. Unfortunately, while performing in the limited four-week engagement, Mark has been plagued by illness. During their April 20 show, he actually had to leave the stage mid-performance when he lost his voice.
But now it’s Conner’s turn to shine. “I can’t wait to learn some Cost n’ Mayor choreography and put my dancing skills to the test,” he shared.
Conner and Whitney recently moved from Salt Lake City to New York for the musical, their three young children in tow. They’ll be staying longer than expected, since due to “an overwhelming demand,” Chicago’s been extended for three weeks.
11 to Midnight centers around friends and a married couple as they navigate the last hour of New Year’s Eve. Conner makes his off-Broadway debut on May 8, remaining for a limited three-week engagement that ends May 27.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is streaming on Hulu.
