Nicole Kidman‘s dating life is making headlines once again, with rumors suggesting she is dating her “Scarpetta” co-star Simon Baker. The pair were reportedly spotted holding hands at the New York premiere of the series. They were also seen together later at an after-party. Speaking about their chemistry, the “Babygirl” actor told a reporter that it “just vibrates.” The two have since fueled fresh dating speculation, although neither has confirmed the status of their relationship.
As they reportedly grow closer, sources say Kidman’s friends are concerned she could end up “getting hurt” in Baker’s romance.
Nicole Kidman’s friends worry about actor ‘getting hurt’ in Simon Baker romance, per source
Nicole Kidman and Simon Baker, who are co-stars in the series “Scarpetta,” have sparked fresh dating rumors. This comes after they were seen holding hands at the show’s premiere. Kidman’s divorce from her ex-husband, Keith Urban, was finalized earlier this year. Amid this, their alleged romance has made Kidman’s friends a bit afraid of what might come.
A source told Radar Online that the “Margin Call” actor “knows how to turn the charm on.” However, he is dealing with a few issues himself and is not in a very stable place right now, alleges the source.
The insider added that he is still playing the field. However, that won’t sit well with Kidman, as she is a “one-man woman,” says the insider. They continued, “Right now she’s still very vulnerable, so her friends can’t help but worry she’s going to end up getting hurt.”
The source added, “It may not be Simon’s intention to send mixed signals, but he does not seem to be in the right headspace for anything serious, and Nicole’s not going to be happy if she’s just one of many.”
Their alleged relationship has also “shocked and confused” Rebecca Rigg, Baker’s ex-wife, who shares a long-time friendship with Kidman. Not just Rigg, the dating rumors allegedly haven’t sat well with the country singer as well. A source added, “Seeing Nicole and Simon holding hands was the equivalent of seeing his best mate with his missus, and it did a number on him.”
