We’re all still trying to wrap our heads around the connection between The Valley star Michelle Saniei and hip-hop icon Dr. Dre. They were spotted holding hands and leaving Nobu Malibu last week. The pics felt so random that Janet Caperna thought they were AI, and honestly? That’s valid.
Janet says; “I need to do more digging…”
The word on the street is that Michelle and Dre sparked a connection after months of hanging out together. They were introduced through a mutual friend who works at his record label. With that context, it almost makes sense, but Janet told Page Six she felt very skeptical when she first saw the pics.
She recalled, “So I was getting on the flight here, my mom texts me and goes, ‘Now, why is Michelle holding hands with Dr. Dre?’ And my mom, sometimes she’ll send me a Facebook article or something, and I’m like, ‘That’s AI.’”
Janet continued, “And so I’m like, ‘Oh, that’s probably AI.’ I haven’t talked to Michelle in a little bit. And then I look at it, and I’m like, ‘Wait a second. This is Page Six, this isn’t AI.’”
Honestly, you can blame Janet for thinking those pics were AI. Just a few weeks ago, an AI-generated picture of her co-star, Brittany Cartwright, made the rounds, showing her on the beach with a boyfriend that doesn’t actually exist.
Similarly, an AI-generated photo of Tyler Perry and Real Housewives of Atlanta star Marlo Hampton went viral, fully tricking people into thinking they were dating. On the surface, Dre and Michelle could seem just as far-fetched.
Of course, we now know those hand-holding pics of Dre and Michelle are very real, but Janet told Page Six that she’s still feeling a little skeptical. She’s got a sit-down with Michelle on her to-do list so she can get more tea on the situation.
“I need to do some more digging and investigating before [I share an opinion],” Janet said. “I need to ask some more questions before I decide.”
