Donald Trump Says ‘Election Integrity Army’ Will Be ‘Much Bigger’ This Time

Donald Trump took to social media to reveal that there are plans to deploy an election integrity army, which is much bigger this time. He referred to the 2024 elections, claiming that at that time the Republicans ensured an army in every state to maintain fairness in the voting process. Apart from discussing the upcoming elections, Trump also slammed Chuck Schumer, who earlier announced a Democrat-led election task force to ensure fair elections.

Donald Trump shares major update on midterms

Donald Trump shared a lengthy post on Truth Social, initially calling out Chuck Schumer’s task force and outlining his plans for election integrity in the upcoming election. He wrote, “During my Historic Election in 2024, when I won every single Swing State, and decisively won both the Electoral and Popular votes by wide margins, the Republicans had an Election Integrity Army in every single State to preserve the sanctity of each legal vote.” Trump further mentioned the plans are similar, but this time the army would be “bigger and stronger.” This is to ensure that every American can cast their vote willingly and express their voice, he says.

Ahead of disclosing his electoral plans, Trump responded to Schumer’s earlier announcement of deploying a task force aimed at preventing election rigging. He elaborated, “Palestinian Chuck Schumer is hiring Eric Holder, famous for handing guns to Mexican cartels under the Barack Hussein Obama administration, as part of a Democrat-led ‘Election Integrity Group’ that will no doubt try to suppress Republican voters, and interfere in our Elections.”

In the press release, Schumer stressed the right to vote as an essential part of democracy, which he believes is in danger. He revealed that they won’t be sitting back and watching, but will take important steps to protect the election process. “We’re acting early and at scale—launching the largest election protection effort in the country—to expose these schemes, stop voter suppression, and make sure the American people—not politicians—decide our elections,” he explained.

Moreover, Trump also criticized Marc Elias’ involvement in Schumer’s initiative before writing that he won’t allow Democrats to undermine election integrity.
