As per an E! Online interview, Hart discussed his marriage. He spoke at Netflix’s “The Roast of Kevin Hart” on May 10. He addressed his wife Eniko Hart ahead of their August anniversary. “I appreciate you, I value you, I love you,” he said. Then, the “Ride Along” actor added, “Also, I need you. You’re the best.” Hart also said, “Anniversaries are celebrated through love daily.”
The comedian said he and Eniko were “still here” and “still together.” He also said they were “still growing an amazing household and family.” E! noted Eniko stood by him during his 2017 cheating scandal, while she was pregnant.
The couple shares Kenzo, 8, and Kaori, 5. Meanwhile, Hart shares Heaven, 21, and Hendrix, 18, with ex-wife Torrei Hart. The special was also released on Mother’s Day, but the comedian joked that Father’s Day is nothing like Mother’s Day. He quipped, “The complete opposite.”
The roast also brought Eniko into jokes around Hart’s public past. Chelsea Handler, Tom Brady, and Shane Gillis are among the roast participants. Brady trolled Hart over cheating on his wife. The joke followed Hart’s 2024 comments about Brady’s divorce from Gisele Bündchen. Still, Hart framed the night as part of their shared history. “On a day like today, we look back and we laugh,” he said. He added that the event defined Eniko’s “support” for “a crazy person like myself.”
