Jessica Biel has reportedly given a relationship ultimatum to former NSYNC boy bander Justin Timberlake, saying that she is tired of being humiliated in public.
Biel’s disillusionment stems from Timberlake’s frequent alcohol-fueled misdemeanors, including his DUI arrest in June 2024 for driving while impaired.

According to inside sources, Biel is frustrated with Timberlake’s drinking habits, which have attracted widespread public scrutiny, but also with the fact that he never spends time at home with their sons, Silas, 11, and Phineas, 5, even though he finished his world tour last year.
Sources close to the 7th Heaven beauty have said that she will “bolt” if Timberlake messes up again. “She does everything with the kids, and she’s sick of being publicly embarrassed,” the source explained. Biel has reportedly told Timberlake to “dry up or get out.”
Timberlake faced serious DUI charges, which were dropped on the condition that the former chart-topper pays a $500 fine, completes 25 hours of community service, and makes a public safety announcement on the dangers of drunk driving. Unfortunately, bodycam footage released in March shows Timberlake taking sobriety field tests.
Biel is reportedly also displeased with leaked 2019 pictures of Timberlake holding hands in New Orleans with his Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright. After the pictures spread on social media, Timberlake posted to admit an alcohol-induced “lapse of judgment.” He also made a deep apology to Biel, saying nothing happened between the costars and calling her an “amazing wife.”
Timberlake and Biel were married in 2012 and share two children together. Their relationship has weathered many controversies till date, including 2019 infidelity rumors. The celebs have not confirmed any rumors surrounding their marriage and are reportedly trying to make things work.
