Unfortunately, Kelli Potter cannot go a full 24 hours without being dragged into some mess, and her latest involves a Bravo blogger. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star reposted the content creator without crediting their account, and from there, the person behind the account followed up by leaking their DM exchange. Keep in mind, this whole thing started over what appears to be a t-shirt dress.
The blogger accused the Real Housewives of Atlanta star of having the worst confessional look ever
Kelli recently debuted a confessional look that very much resembles a plain white t-shirt. Now, we all know NeNe Leakes rocked a plain white t-shirt in at least 50 episodes of this show, but fans were not too kind about Kelli going so casual in a confessional interview. @bravooomg dubbed it the “worst one of all time.”
“20 years. Over 2,000 episodes. More than 100 Housewives,” their post began.” And THIS confessional look from Kelli on #RHOA is somehow the worst one of all time. Go on girl, give us nothing!!”
Kelli reacted to the criticism with an Instagram post, showing off her “casual” look along with some behind-the-scenes with her glam squad. She also included a screenshot of the shady post about it being the worst confessional look of all time. There was just one problem: she cropped out the blogger’s username.
“Sidenote: my confessional look was never a T-shirt lol,” Kelli explained in the caption. “But it was a look that I was just no longer in the mood for.”
The Bravo blogger was not thrilled about their username being cropped out of the post. They felt like they deserved credit for their mean-spirited comment.
“Next time you repost my brilliance for engagement at least have the decency to tag me, pumpkin. And Not crop out my username honey,” they wrote in a follow-up post.
Later that day, the content creator followed up by leaking a screenshot of a DM that Kelli allegedly sent them. In the DM, Kelli made it clear that she didn’t feel bothered by this person’s feedback. She’d probably crop out their name a second time if she had the chance because with a potential bankruptcy, a lawsuit with her neighbor, and an on-and-off legal battle with her ex-husband, she has enough things to worry about right now.
Kelli wrote, “You know what’s so crazy. I was actually coming on here to give you credit and then I realize the complete disrespect. Thanks for the feature!!! But plz don’t forget you post ME for engagement ?❤️??.”
