Zendaya has returned to the conversation about her rumored marriage to Tom Holland.
The Dune star graces the cover of Elle’s Summer 2026 Epic Issue, which arrives on U.S. newsstands June 2 and in the UK on June 19. For the lead image, she opted for a Ferrari dress paired with a Van Cleef & Arpels bracelet and ring, completed with Paris Texas boots.
In her interview for the magazine, she reflected on turning 30, her upcoming role in The Odyssey, and the challenge of juggling multiple projects. The conversation also turned to collaborating with the Spider-Man star, addressing the constant speculation about their relationship, and her love for playing complex characters.
When asked about the gold band on her ring finger and the persistent rumors that she and Tom Holland are secretly married, Zendaya declined to play into the speculation. “No, I’m not going to do that,” she said. “They’re always searching for something.”
However, she did open up about working with Tom Holland on both The Odyssey and Spider-Man: Brand New Day. “I could have cried, I was so proud. And then Spider-Man was a dream; I get to go to work every day with my best friend, the person that I love,” she said. “We bring our dogs to work; it’s like a family affair. We grew up on those movies! It’s like coming home.”
Beyond that, Zendaya addressed The Drama and the importance of expanding opportunities for Black women in film. “I am drawn to complicated characters who I have to earn the audience’s empathy and trust for. I want to expand the roles someone like me is allowed to do, or can do. As a Black woman, what I can do as an actress…it’s sick,” the 29-year-old said.
