A Bravo exec has finally weighed in on what’s next for Summer House. It turns out they’re still not 100% sure.
We know that Summer House will return for Season 11, but casting is up in the air. After watching the Season 10 reunion, a path forward seems nearly impossible, but Bravo’s VP of current production explained why he still believes in the magic of Summer House, even when things are messier than ever.
Bravo boss teases what’s ahead for the Summer House reunion and Season 11

Bravo exec Josh Brown spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about the current state of Summer House. He was at the reunion taping and has been involved with the show since the start. If there’s anyone who can speak to what’s next, it’s him. He said that they haven’t confirmed anyone for Season 11.
“We don’t have anything confirmed yet,” Josh revealed.
“We don’t usually figure out our cast until just before we start filming,” he continued. “Just because it’s a real friend group, and things evolve. We’re trying to make sure that all the pieces of the puzzle that feel right in the house are there.”
Although some fans fear the West Wilson and Amanda Batula drama may have permanently damaged the show like Scandoval did to Vanderpump Rules, Josh had a different take. He thinks Summer House can and will survive this and shouldn’t be compared to VPR.
“I think this series is very specific in that the cast is living together. We always say on the show: No matter what happens on a night, you have to wake up the next morning, and you are really there,” Josh explained.
He continued, “You are really sleeping in the house, and you have to really go downstairs to a real kitchen and make your breakfast and eat it with the people on the cast. That has to feel organic — it has to feel like these people can really be eating breakfast together. So we need to find our right breakfast combination.”
Based on what we’ve seen on the Summer House Season 10 reunion, it’s hard to imagine some of these people having breakfast anytime soon, but Josh remains confident. He teased that there are more “twists and turns” to come at the reunion, as if we needed more reasons to tune in.
He added, “Overall, I really believe in this cast and their ability to keep pushing forward. Who would have thought that some of the same people who were with us in season one are still with us in season 10?” It’s absolutely incredible, and they are incredible. But the show is always evolving. And so, we’ll have to see from here.”
Summer House continues on Bravo on Tuesdays at 8/7c, and you can stream it the next day on Peacock.
