Donald Trump’s UFC Arena Looms Over the White House in Newly Released Picture

The White House is now overshadowed by the UFC arena being built for Donald Trump’s birthday celebration and the U.S. A.’s 250th anniversary. The first updated look at the arena, covered in the colors of the American flag, was shared on social media. This event also marks the long-standing relationship between UFC president Dana White and Trump.

UFC on Paramount+ took to X (formerly Twitter) to share an image of the arena at the South Lawn. The massive stage appears to loom over the White House. It’s covered in patriotic red, white, and blue elements, with the seating area made directly facing the iconic house. These preparations are underway for Donald Trump’s 80th birthday on June 14, alongside the nation’s 250th anniversary celebration. The caption said the photo shows the venue’s updated look ahead of UFC Freedom 250.

Earlier, Trump shared his thoughts on his upcoming birthday bash. He also discussed hosting a UFC event in front of the White House. Trump said, “I’ve been involved in a lot of big events; I have never had an event that has had more interest than the UFC fight we have right at the front door.”

In a conversation with Time, UFC CEO Dana White was asked whether bringing his business back to the White House is, in any form, an inherently political act. He reassured that such isn’t the case while reaffirming his love for the country.

White replied, “You can make anything political if you want to. I love this country like anybody on the left loves this country. I love this country like anybody on the right loves this country. This is basically me spending a sh-tload of money to celebrate the 250th birthday of America, with America and the rest of the world.”
