Livvy Dunne wore a form-fitting, racerback-style crop top in a muted slate blue. It featured a scoop neckline that dipped low at the front, framing her chest. The top’s cropped silhouette met just above her waistline, highlighting her athletic build and exposing a sliver of her toned midriff. She paired it with low-rise, fitted black athletic shorts that elongated her frame.
For footwear, the “Baywatch Reboot” actress wore crisp white athletic sneakers with textured, tan rubber outsoles, paired with classic white crew socks bunched slightly around the ankles. The only accessories she was sporting were small hoop earrings. She wore her blonde hair in a ponytail with a middle part at the crown.
At the beginning of the video, she explained that she is “always on the go,” which is why she relies on this routine to stay consistent with her workouts. Dunne then moved through a series of exercises, including split squats, squat crossovers, hop squats, side lunges, and back-leg split squat hovers.
After completing the workout, Dunne sat on the floor, visibly sweaty and out of breath. She wrapped up the video by declaring, “Crushed!” before playfully kicking toward the camera, briefly blocking the view.
