After almost a year of dating, Summer House star Dara Levitan has confirmed that she and KJ Dillard have gone their separate ways.
“Do you want to know what’s setting me off?” Dara began her Five More Minutes podcast on June 18. “Well, I’m single. That’s all we’re going to say about it because I can’t do tears this morning.”
Dara’s co-host Carly Rivlin also chimed in, confessing she has “no idea what I’m doing when it comes to men and love.”

When the conversation turned to discussing whether or not you should wear makeup to a hook up, Dara opted out. “It’s been a long time since I’ve had any kind of casual hookup,” she said. “So let’s circle back in 90 days and see … if I’m talking to a man.”
“I love them against my will, but I don’t like them,” the influencer added.
Dara and KJ first began dating during filming of Summer House Season 10 in the summer of 2025. The former couple were introduced by their mutual friend and former co-star West Wilson.
Actually, co-star Jesse Solomon was the one to reveal that Dara and KJ had split. He shared the news in a June 9 visit to Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
“Last I heard, they were broken up,” he said at the time. “Sorry if that’s not public.”
In May, KJ went public with the effect his mental health struggles had on his relationship with Dara. On June 2, he shared his relationship struggles with co-star Carl Radke on the More Life with Carl Radke podcast.
“Me and Dara were struggling, because I was taking out what I was going through on her,” he recalled. “I wasn’t even aware of it.”
At that time, KJ had yet to be diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. When he entered the hospital for treatment, Dara ended the romance “because she had to,” as KJ hit “rock bottom.”
