Below Deck Mediterranean star Aesha Scott and her brand-new husband Scott Dobson “definitely” want a baby or two.
The chief stew and her longtime love finally tied the knot in their native New Zealand on March 7, 2026. But before they start their family, Aesha still has much she wants to do.
“I just don’t know when that next chapter’s going to start,” she admitted. “It’s still unknown. But, Scott’s so ready, he’s like, ‘If you could get pregnant yesterday, I’d be so happy.'”
The Below Deck Mediterranean fan favorite is looking to the future
“You just cannot be a parent and be completely present in your job,” she told Bravo Insider. “Especially in] a job like yachting, where it’s so all-encompassing at the same time. I don’t want to do that.”
Though she’s hopeful to still have a career after starting a family, Aesha knows she’ll have to make some adjustments. “We’d love to travel as well,” she added. “So until the kids have to be settled at school somewhere, we want to keep being on the move. [We’ll just] cart them along with us. We’ll take turns who’s gonna be the primary parent, depending on what’s going on. That’s the goal.”
During Below Deck Med Season 11, bosun Nathan Gallagher’s girlfriend Gael Cameron stopped by the yacht with their baby Kayden. After the episode aired, Gael took to Instagram to reflect on sharing their baby boy with the crew.
“Getting to introduce our little man to [Captain Sandy Yawn] and [Aesha] was so special,” she captioned her post. “They’ve both always been incredibly supportive and have meant a lot over the years.”
Auntie Aesha was quick to jump into the comments section, gushing over Nathan and Gael’s son. “I love my little nephew so so so much, always there for my giiiiiiirl,” she wrote.
Though Nathan joked about “[making] another baby” with Gael after receiving a huge charter tip, rumor has it that the new parents are no longer together.
