Andy Cohen has the actual 411 on a recent headline that just sprang up. According to Tamra Judge, her on-again, off-again amiga, Shannon Beador, recently had “a meltdown” at The Quiet Woman restaurant. Andy happened to be there on the night of this supposed event. And according to Andy, “this story” has far less drama than Tamra made it out to have.
The RHOC stars may head into Season 20 with some ill feelings
Last week, Tamra went on a podcast to talk about a recent dining experience her cast shared with Andy. They dined at the infamous Corona Del Mar restaurant, The Quiet Woman, which is basically a cast member in its own right on Real Housewives of Orange County. But apparently, Tamra said, Shannon had an issue with the restaurant, all because they failed to comp the bill for their meal. “Oh, Shannon had a meltdown,” Tamra claimed.
“I actually told the owner that because Shannon was really just upset because she says she feels like Bravo has put them on the map. And the bill wasn’t even that high,” Tamra continued. “We only had apps and drinks. I had to tell, I’m like, ‘Listen, Shannon just feels like she’s come in here and she’s filmed here, and we’ve all filmed here, and she hasn’t even got a free meal, ever, and doesn’t ask.”
After that, Tamra ended, the owner decided to foot their bill. However, Andy was there. And as he just shared on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, there really wasn’t “any big kind of drama to this story.” What really happened was, they “brought the bill,” and Andy “happily paid” it.
He also left “a big tip.” But as Andy “walked out the front door, the GM said, ‘The dinner is on us, by the way.'” Andy still wanted to “tip the waiter,” though. “So we figured that out,” and that is the end of this story.
Interesting. Cue another likely heated season of RHOC for Shannon and Tamra.
The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 20 premieres July 9 on Bravo. It streams the next day on Peacock.
