Tamra Judge was accused of blocking one of her Real Housewives of Orange County co-stars from events. Tamra and her bestie, Teddi Mellencamp, have a successful podcast, Two Ts in a Pod. And, at one time, the duo hosted a RHOC cast member’s podcast on their platform. And a nasty feud was the result.
Emily Simpson took a comment Tamra Judge made and ran with it on RHOC Season 20
As RHOC Season 20 unfolded, fans were expecting to see some marital drama between Emily Simpson and her husband, Shane Simpson. Last season, the couple struggled to cope with their son Luke’s health issues.
In a recent episode, the duo discussed ‘Til Death Do Us Part, their new podcast. “We wouldn’t be doing more if it was ‘tanking,’” Emily reminded Shane. Of course, Tamra made that claim at the Season 19 reunion. This fiery exchange ignited a feud between the co-stars.
Meanwhile, Tamra also shared her feelings about Emily’s podcast. In Tamra’s eyes, Emily was “ungrateful” for the help that she and Teddi provided. Plus, Emily never publicly thanked or acknowledged the podcasters.
During RHOC Season 3 Episode 3, Emily discussed the end of her Drag Brunch birthday party with Shannon Beador. After Emily and Tamra had put the podcast issue to bed, Tamra made a comment that upset Emily.
“I felt like we got to some kind of a resolution, but then she said, ‘Now I can tell iHeart that you’re allowed to go to events now,'” Emily told Shannon. Cue the flashback, and sure enough, Tamra said, “We do a ton of things with iHeart, and you haven’t been there because I wouldn’t allow it.” Then, she said, “I’m joking” and hugged Emily.
“The intent of saying that was to remind me that she’s up here, and I’m below her,” Emily stated. It seems that even if Tamra was joking, Emily didn’t enjoy the punchline.
